For our 22 Banquet Rooms we are looking for a Banqueting Sous Chef You will be responsible for the effective management and performance of the Banquet Kitchen. Quality and high standards are critical to ensure we meet and exceed guest expectations.

Specific responsibilities of a Banqueting Sous-Chef include:
• Ensure consistent Brand Service Standards are delivered in every area
• Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement
• Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of F&B
• Contain costs
• Provide effective leadership to the Banquet Kitchen team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded
