This hotel and conference centre was established in 1998 with 1 conference and 80 accommodation rooms. From these humbling beginnings, “the client underwent 4 phases of expansion and today boasts 665 accommodation and just over 50 conference rooms. Spanning over 46 acres of land, the client is South Africa’s largest independent hotel & conference centre capable of hosting over 5 000 delegates at once.

Functiebeschrijving F&B Trainee

Job Purpose To assist the hotel and in general the F&B department with the daily operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work at several F&B outlets (restaurant, bistro, breakfast, etc)
  • Able to supervise at F&B Functions
  • Willing to take on every duty as requested by management

Functiecriteria F&B Trainee

  • Must provide own transport( if accommodation is not provided)
  • All recruitment/selection/services via YoungProfs South Africa
  • Hospitality educational background is a must ( preferably Hotel School)
  • Capable of speaking foreign languages is a pre
  • Supervisory experience
  • Good command of the English Language
  • Candidates with long availability <6 months are prioritized
  • Non South Africans must be in the possession of a Valid passport ( longer than 6 months)
  • No transport is provided
  • No criminal Record and Must be in good health

Arbeidsvoorwaarden F&B Trainee
