Chef de Cuisine

We are looking for all kinds of different chefs. Namely; chef the cuisine, junior sous chef or sous chef. Specialised in the Korean, Spanish and Italian kitchen, for one of the most exclusief Chain Hotels in Dubai. Do you have experience in the fine dining kitchen or are you specialized in 5 star service than we are looking for you! We are looking for chefs that have multiple years of experience and are willing to move to Dubai to work there fulll time.

The chefs will be responsible for:

• leading teams variable from 4 till 200 employees
• maintaining the 5 star service level
• motivate staff

The chefs need to fit the following criteria:

• needs to be familiar with the 5 star high class service
• needs to have at least 2 years of experience, more years of experience is preferable
• experience with the Korean, Italian, Spanish or fine dining kitchen
• willing to move to Dubai
• possess an internationally recognized culinary qualification to at least Diploma level
• strong leadership and communication skills
